A nursing bra has drop-down or clip-open cups for easy access, and it is usually wire-free or built with soft, flexible wires that will not press on milk ducts. Because size shifts through late pregnancy and again once your milk comes in, most fitters suggest a fitting in the third trimester and another a few weeks after birth.
